As we close out another year, I cannot believe the speed with which the years go by. The two long years of lockdown in Melbourne during the pandemic seem like a lifetime ago. Clearly there has been some learnings from those times but the scars and the impact of the lockdowns are still being felt. Fortunately, with time these too will heal.
It is generally considered not polite to address politics, finances and health in a Christmas newsletter that’s a pretty hard task for a financial advice business.

We hope that the year has started well for you and your family. We've had a very bright start to 2018 with lots of great conversations with our clients. We thought that we would update you on a few things that we flagged in our previous newsletter in December.
This award is presented annually at the RI conference and gives the Proprietors from the 110 practices in the RetireInvest network across Australia to put forward their case as to who should win this award. Criteria is the overall contribution the Proprietor makes not only to their own practice but the businesses around the country. It’s a reflection of true professionalism and an ethic of not only helping the people within the business but the many other advisers around the country.
Love who you are, love what you do and love those around you! If these three "loves" are in your life consistently, then you are indeed blessed!
